A Different Kind of Investment Company:
RICHTWERT CAPITAL GmbH (“RICHTWERT”) is not a conventional investment company. Our purpose, beliefs, principles and methods differ materially from those of most investment companies. For example, I have nearly all my net worth invested alongside that of my investors at RICHTWERT, which means that we sit in the same boat. I am also responsible for all investment decisions and for risk management because I believe capital is best allocated by an individual rather than by a committee and I do not believe managing risk can be delegated. Instead of diversifying broadly, I focus on those opportunities, where I judge the downside risk to be minimal and the upside potential to be attractive.
RICHTWERT's Partner's Manual has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about RICHTWERT and the services and products it offers. RICHTWERT's Partner's Manual including any content or link contained in the manual is not, and should not be construed as investment, legal or tax advice or as a recommendation, promotion, solicitation or an offer to buy, sell or hold any security, to adopt any investment strategy, to engage in any transaction or to undertake any legal act.
No Guarantee, No Liability:
The information provided in RICHTWERT's Partner's Manual is rendered as at publication date, may change without notice and it is not intended as a complete analysis of every material fact regarding any investment. RICHTWERT offers no guarantee of the completeness, correctness or security of the content or links in the manual. All investments involve risks, including possible loss of principal. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and investors may not get back the full amount invested. Investments involving derivative instruments can create losses that exceed the amount invested. Special risks are associated with foreign investing, including currency fluctuations, economic instability and political developments. Higher concentration and lower diversification can cause additional risks since each individual investment carries a higher portfolio weight while a concentrated portfolio has a lower number of investments that could provide risk diversification. RICHTWERT accepts no liability claims whatsoever that might arise from the use or non-use of the content or links in the manual or from damage or loss that may occur due to unintentional transmission of viruses or malware.
The Terms & Conditions of Use concerning Partner's Manual may be changed at any time without notice.
